The 5th “Talking Interoperability” dialogue series discussed the experience of the Cambodian General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council (GS-NSPC) in harmonizing digital social protection.One of the GS-NSPC’s mandates is to support better digital interoperability and collaboration among social protection stakeholders, including policy makers, scheme operators and service providers. The GS-NSPC has a coordinating role primarily but also handles policies, rules and guidelines for moving towards better digital interoperability in Cambodia.
