Identification systems standards – public review period opens

The draft interoperability standards for ID systems and Social Protection Systems are now available for public review. Your feedback is extremely valuable as we work towards interoperability of the two systems. You can access the draft standards on the DCI GitBook.
The public review period will be open until October 31, 2025. We invite you to join our GitHub forum where you can share your thoughts. If you have any questions, you can also e-mail contact@spdci.org.
Standards committee
The standards committee for the interoperability of the ID systems and social protection systems was launched in June 2025. The committee brings together experts from 20 different organizations including government agencies, international organizations, digital public infrastructure (DPI) initiatives, digital public goods (DPGs), the private sector, and individual specialists.
