Online course on digital leadership and management for social protection
“Digital leadership and management for social protection” is the second module of the learning series “Digital transformation and interoperability in social protection”. The course was developed by International Labour Organization (ILO) and socialprotection.org under the Digital Convergence Initiative. This module focuses on what it takes to lead and manage digital transformation in social protection in practice, supporting decision-makers, managers and technical teams to navigate complexity, align institutions and sustain change across the full transformation journey.
