Online course on digital transformation and interoperability foundations
“Digital transformation and interoperability foundations for social protection” is the first module of the learning series “Digital transformation and interoperability in social protection”. The course was developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and socialprotection.org under the Digital Convergence Initiative and provides the foundational building blocks for effective digital reform.
Drawing on knowledge and insights from leading experts and global good practices, the module presents the core concepts, principles, and enablers that underpin successful digital social protection systems. The learning path guides participants through policy-driven, human-centred approaches that enhance governance, service delivery, and citizen experience while advancing broader social protection objectives.
